S I Y TESTIMONIALS - PART IV

Hyee!!~ I'm BacK ~.. erm.. i was very shock today coz didn't expect dat sumone read my testi except dat guy sanfizalo yg suke menyibuk tu!!~ heehe..jgn mara yea sanfizalo!!~

ermm..i've been a little bit bz these dayz.. yela, nk kene submit draft full thesis..but, aku still x finish lg chapter 4..Warghh!!~ i'm soooo hypertension!!!~ Sume kawan2 pun xleh nk tlg coz dorg pun bz jgk.. Feel lonely rite now.. :(

so, we continue da SIY journey, okey??!~

Day-8

My breakfast still roti bakar and hot vico, tryin to eat sumthin else but i can't.. coz dah terbiasa.. my fwen ada gak suh try oat,. she's using SIY too, tp dia breakfast and sumtimes lunch with oat..tp aku tgk oat pun xselera, mcm mane la nk telan..huh.. Lunch..ape yer,.orait,i remembered dat i didn't eat rice but replace it with roti telur and my fav drink which is air 'suam'..kah kah.. erm..ble igt balik, mmg dah agak lama x minum air sejuk..rindu plak..dinner plak bubur nasi+kuah tomyam.. then sblm tdo minum SIY night juice.

Day-9

hmm..agak busan jugak ngn kehidupan pemakanan aku ni..kalu org lain maunye x muntah hr2 mkn roti bakar tue.. but warning!!~ jgn mkn roti bakar yg betul2 terbakar tu!!~ bleh kene breast cancer.. huhu..so smlm aku mkn roti kosong je ngn hot vico. dinner mkn keropok yg member aku goreng. mmg risau mkn bende bergoreng ni, but in a small quantity je la. me alwayz carefully in choosing foods to eat.

Day-10

Today is da day which very important for me coz today is da last day and i'm goin to analyze my whole body and make a conclusion of SIY ni..huh..mcm ayat thesis la plak..i think dis is one of the impact kot.. hahaha.. erm, ok serius!!~ luch with roti bakar and hot milo, dinner mkn nasi dlm 5-6 suap berlaukkan sardin n sayur campur, and lunch td i ate roti sardin. hmmmm..mcm byk plak mkn hr ni.. so, for the whole 10 days ni, the conclusion is......


i) Perot yg membuncit dulu agak turun sedikit..(2inch) yg ni awal2 lg dh trun..
ii) Bdn semakin ringan, xder rs lemah coz maybe lelemak tu dah kluar.. aku slalu bygkn kalu bdn aku loose 5kg, dats mean berat yg turun tu mcm beratnya minyak Cap Buruh 5kg!!~ ish2, nk agkt minyak tu pun berat, lgkan lemak2 aku yg seberat 5kg tue!!~ haha
iii) the best thing is, xde penyakit buasir..hee, skg ni my daily process sharp around 9-10a.m and 2-3pm, xde cirit2.. flow jer.. geli!~
iv) wat ms ni aku still xmo timbang berat, let it be surprise when it comes to the end of da day..huhuh..
v) the last thing..i'm goin to continue with my 2nd box yg dh smpai jumaat hr tue..

Maji pun dah start using SIY ni, dlm rumah aku ni dah 3 org guna SIY (me including!~).. Xtau la nk ckp ape, walaupun kesan agak cepat, but depends on da user la, nk cepat workout everyday or at least 3x per week, u can get the better result then!~
mcm aku nih, dlm semggu tu msti gi aerobic 1-2 kali. ala..kte gi jln kaki hari2 ke class tu pun dh dianggap xercise, janji ade pergerakan bdn..huhu..air minum 3-4 liters, and mkn jgn elak..still kene ambil for our energy..kalu x pengsan plak nnti..

So, the new 10 days will begin in less than 10 hours from now..and the new 'ME' will born in less than a month.. bye bye!!~
